Top Birth Websites

Post

These are some of the best birth websites, for evidence based research on birth options.

Just because a procedure is “routine” or is “hospital policy” doesn’t mean you can’t say no or that you have other options. I am not recommending going against medical advice but if you and baby are happy and healthy a procedure might not be necessary. Remember it’s “YOUR BIRTH”, so do what feels right for you and your baby.

Have you heard the term “if you don’t know your choices, you don’t have any choices” In my hypnobirthing classes, I highly recommend my families research their options. I want them to feel empowered and confident when they need to make decisions or in case their birth takes a different journey than they planned.

I hope you find these links helpful.
