Terms of Service 

Courses must be booked and paid for at the point of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation:

The Maternio reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or publishes prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased prices. Should The Maternio need to cancel part of a course, a refund will only be given for the part of the course not yet delivered minus the cost of course materials.

In the case of cancellation by a client, £50 is non-refundable. Further to that, the following cancellation charges will apply:

30 or more                                                     No further cancellation charge

14 – 29 days                                                   50% of course fee

13 days or less                                              100% of course fee

However in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by me, you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date, I will refund your full course fee.

Intellectual Property:

Any recordings or written material included as part of this course are the sole property of The Little Birth Company and may not be used other than for the personal use of the course attendees.

Data Protection:

The participant also agrees that The Maternio shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Participation in Hypnobirthing classes in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against The Maternio or its representatives under any circumstances whatsoever.

Agreement:

Any booking of a Hypnobirthing class assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale.
